Would you like to be a more confident driver or do you know someone who would like to be more confident at driving?
Perhaps an accident has led to a lack of confidence or maybe you would like to feel more confident at driving in the dark, on motorways or in specific areas (e.g. dealing with roundabouts or parking).
Whether you’ve passed you test recently or many years ago, you could be eligible for free training as the AA Charitable Trust for Road Safety and the Environment is offering free courses of two hours guided tuition for qualified drivers who need refresher training to help increase confidence on the road.
The training is provided in car (either in your own car or in an AA Driving School car) and includes:
There’s no test at the end of the two hour course. The sessions are simply about helping you become a more confident driver.
If your application is successful, the two hours of training are totally free of charge, so (if you live in the Postcode areas NG1-12 or NG16) please the call me today on 0798 011 1234 (or send a text message) or complete the contact page for details on how to apply.
Depending on your location and circumstances, I would recommend that I visit you prior to the course. This will enable you to meet me and chat about your requirements in more detail and in a relaxed environment (rather than on the day of the course, when you may be feeling nervous). It also enables me to assess how best to plan your session(s) in the car.
Well done Andy on passing first time at Clarendon Street (my first pupil to take their test at this new test centre in Nottingham). I look forward to teaching your wife next month as well as your daughter next year.
Well done Aiden (another pupil from the Nottingham Boys’ High School) on passing your test today (at your first attempt) at Watnall test centre (with the added pressure of being tested by a senior examiner who had his boss sitting in the back of the car watching him!). It’s great that you passed your driving test at the beginning of summer, before you start your university years, so congratulations again on a great drive today.
